In this project, we aimed to create an intimate, human-scale development that blends in with its surroundings. The distinctively shaped buildings refer directly to the neighbouring houses, where asymmetrical roof slopes create a coherent character of the neighbourhood. The buildings are complemented by greenery of varying scale, which additionally calms the surroundings and naturally divides the long plot into separate zones. The entire complex is distinguished by modern architecture and exceptional attention to detail.
