The design of this two-family house is situated in the picturesque district of Suchanino in Gdańsk, within a charming green valley characterized by steep slopes and irregular, low-rise buildings. It is precisely this unusual, almost mountainous topography that influenced the final form of the building. The project cleverly embraces the steep gradient of the plot, creating an intimate garden accessible from the living areas, as well as a separate driveway zone at level -1. The simple volume of the house, finished with a textured render, is punctuated by large aluminum windows that frame views of the surrounding greenery. An additional terrace has been incorporated into the attic space, subtly concealed within the roof structure, offering a private retreat amidst the natural landscape.
