The project is located on a beautiful coastal site in the western part of Łeba. Set among the dunes and surrounded by pine woodland, a collection of small-scale buildings has been carefully integrated into the landscape, housing a boutique hotel and a range of complementary amenities. Scattered throughout the site are spaces designed for relaxation and recreation, along with dedicated areas for campers.Existing pedestrian and access routes are complemented by a network of new footpaths that weave naturally through the wooded setting, reinforcing the site's relaxed and informal character. The service buildings are arranged around an atrium and opened up to align with the main pedestrian routes leading to the beach entrance, creating a natural flow through the development and strengthening its connection to the surrounding landscape.

A key step in shaping the development was breaking the building footprint into a series of smaller modules, allowing it to fit naturally within the dense network of existing trees that give the site much of its character. This modular approach is expressed throughout the architecture, with the low-rise volumes articulated through terraces and semi-transparent façades that sit lightly within the landscape. As a result, the buildings blend into the surrounding greenery while preserving views of the dune that separates the site from the beach.Along the main route leading to the shoreline, where the dune forest opens up, a rooftop viewing terrace has been placed on the third-floor level, offering panoramic views towards the sea and surrounding landscape. The architectural language is contemporary while drawing subtle inspiration from the region’s traditional building heritage. A light brick base and upper floors clad in vertically arranged black timber reference materials and detailing commonly found in local architecture. Large glazed openings frame views of the surrounding woodland and blur the boundary between inside and outside, creating a strong connection to nature and a sense of being immersed in the coastal landscape throughout the year.
