A contemporary single-family residence located in Gdynia, set on a unique plot overlooking the sea. Despite its urban setting and dense surrounding development, the building opens towards the east, embracing greenery and expansive views of the bay.The light, villa-inspired architecture is defined by a refined composition of bright materials, strong façade articulation, and carefully considered detailing. Vertical fins provide privacy from neighboring properties while creating a rhythmic architectural expression across the elevations.On the garden side, generous glazing opens the house to the surrounding landscape and panoramic sea views. The architectural concept naturally extends into the interiors, where the living spaces flow seamlessly into the garden.The scope of the project included both the building architecture and the complete interior design, resulting in a cohesive and consistently executed whole.

The interiors of House KG are a natural extension of the building’s architectural concept. Bright, serene spaces open onto the garden through expansive glazing, blurring the boundary between the interior and the surrounding greenery.The double-height living area allows natural light to penetrate deep into the home, reaching above the tree canopy and continuously transforming the atmosphere of the interiors throughout the day.
